Here they are:

Repairing damaged flooring
Updating kitchen and bathrooms

Cracked, scratched or permanently stained tubs or shower stalls are a real eye sore to the prospective home buyer.

There are several options home owners have with regard to bathroom renovation. You may be interested in a bathtub to shower conversion, or maybe your current bathtub needs to be updated or replaced. You should consider a bathtub replacement to increase the value of your home and increase the probability of selling it.

Take it from me, Mrs. B., the best thing I did  was have my bathroom remodeled. Not only did it increase the value of my home, it’s also so nice to be able to come home after a long day at work and relax in a sparkling new bathtub.  My bathroom is now my oasis!
